These terms apply to purchases from Stone & Ember, ABN 28 752 830 966.

Orders and prices

Prices are shown in Australian dollars. The checkout displays your order total, including applicable shipping and taxes, before payment. Please check your product, fragrance, quantity and delivery details before placing an order.

If an item becomes unavailable or we identify an error affecting your order, we will contact you to agree a solution. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will refund the affected payment.

Delivery and returns

We deliver within South Australia only. Our shipping policy explains charges and estimated delivery times. Our returns and refunds policy explains how to seek help for faulty or damaged goods.

Using your candle

Read and follow the care card supplied with your candle. Never leave a burning candle unattended, and keep it away from children, pets and flammable materials.
